Reverend Patricia Bufford

Reverend Patricia A. Bufford serves as the senior ministerial staff member to Pastor Jaime and Ministry Leader for The Youth Prison Prevention & Re-Entry Ministry YPPRM.

Retiring after 22 years as a decorated veteran of the New York State Department of Corrections as am officer at The Bedford Hills Correctional facility, Reverend Bufford’s passion still remains with the incarcerated community.

She is also the Founder/President of Generation-NEX,Inc. “ New Life-New Outlook” a Non-4-Profit, Faith based coaching/mentoring organization and ministry focusing on lost women, youth, and re- entry persons.


Reverend Adalsa Latty


Reverend Adalsa Latty is the Minister of Visitation. He is frequently found visiting and communing the sick and shut in members of The People’s Church family.

In addition to those duties, Reverend Latty also serves as the Superintendent of Sunday School and a Class Leader. A known servant within the community, during the week Reverend Latty can be found assisting children and youth at The Dunbar Center where he is currently employed.

Reverend Barbara Cargill


Reverend Barbara Cargill serves as minister of Discipleship. A gifted teacher, she is the instructor for “Bible Basics” a class which opens up the bible to believers in a basic way.

Reverend Cargill also assists in the visitation ministry, communing the sick and shut in members within The People’s family. She holds a Master’s of Divinity from Ashland Theological seminary and is a Certified Christian Counselor.

Sis. Deanna Daniel


Sis Deanna Daniel serves on the ministerial staff at People’s as Minister of Worship and Music Director and Director of Vacation Bible School. A licensed preacher and certified teacher she is often called upon to share her gifts and talents in multiple arenas.

Sis. Daniel was previously selected to sing the National anthem on two separate occasions at Madison Square Garden for both The New York Knicks and the WNBA’s New York Liberty basketball teams.

Holding a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree as a graduate of Le Moyne College, she currently is employed as an 8th grade teacher in the Syracuse City School District.

Sis. Paris Price


Sis. Paris Price is the Director of Christian Education Department, Director of Youth Church and the Intercessory Prayer Ministry. She is also the editor of the monthly Peoples’ Prayer Calendar.

Within the community, Sis. Price also participates with a prayer ministry at the Healing Rooms of Greater NY as a prayer minister and volunteers at Contact Community Services, crisis hotline center.

Bro. Darryl White


Darryl White began his ministry on the campus of Syracuse University and in the local community before joining the ministerial staff at People’s leading the college ministry.

A former track and field standout at Syracuse University, Darryl presently serves as a teacher, athletic Director and Doctoral student in Jacksonville Florida.

Darryl also founded Successful Young and Committed to Christ (SYCC) – a young Christian blog site.
